What is Coaching?
Coaching is a developmental approach to working and interacting with other people. It can help you develop your personal capabilities, interpersonal skills and capacity to understand and empathise with others. In turn, this can help you understand more about your own challenges and make informed choices. Coaching can help you feel empowered to make a difference and improve your effectiveness in all areas of your life. Your Coach will discuss your goals with you and determine an action plan. Together you will put the coaching in to practice to achieve your goals. Expect a task list to complete outrode of the coaching session to help you achieve your full potential.

How long is treatment?
There is no set time frame for coaching. Coaching goals are individual to you. However, it will start with a consultation. Then the practitioner will discuss a treatment plan personalised to your needs. Sessions will be booked in 1 hour slots and typically last for 50 minutes. You may choose to set up a weekly appointment on the same day and time. This can be organised with your coach and it's a great way to commit to your development and achieving your goals.
How much is each session?
Sessions are charged from £44.99 per 1 hour session.
Do you offer any concessions or discounts?
We offer concessions for those who have found themselves in financial difficulty please contact your therapist to discuss how they can help. We also offer a session package where you buy 10 sessions and receive a 15% discount. If you would like to purchase a package please discuss this with your therapist.

What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness. Your attention is so focused while in this hypnotic state that anything going on around you is temporarily blocked out or ignored. In this naturally occurring state, with the help of our trained Hypnotherapist, you will be guided to focus your attention on specific thoughts or tasks. In addition to hypnosis techniques hypnotherapy combines counselling skills to help you understand more about your challenges and make informed choices, changes and improvements within your life. It's a collaborative process that both parties need to be fully committed to.
Hypnotherapy has the best results when the you want to be there and are committed to the process.
