Together we will explore our mind, bodies and emotions via mindful guided meditations Each week will have a different focus, from deep relaxation to better sleep and stress relief. You will have the opportunity to learn about mindfulness as a practice as well as different meditation seating positions and breathing techniques which you can incorporate into your meditation practice at home.
