Service Description

Learn Mindfulnes techniques and practices to help you to relax, feel in control, manage stress and be truly present as a new parent. After your initial consultation a treatment course will be designed specifically for you. Mindfulness courses usually range from 4-8 weeks. This booking is for a 1-2-1 session with a qualified mindfulness teacher.

To cancel or reschedule please allow 24 hours notice. Cancelling or rescheduling your booking with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit your deposit.
